Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the maintenance of nature and landscape. In particular, alpine forests, alluvial forests, mooreland and dry lands shall be protected through landscape planning (mapping of biotopes and vegetation), promotions of special measures and establishment of protected areas and objects. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Aims, tasks and instruments (2); Measures (3); Analysis of natural space, nature inventory (4); Report (5); Competent authorities (6); Final provisions (7).
