Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2006.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements article 33g of the Water Rights Act 1959 (BGBl. No. 215). Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that exceptions to compulsory authorizations for the discharge of effluent waste water from waste water cleaning industries into surface waters or groundwaters are extended until 31 December 2012. The text consists of 3 articles.
