No. 63/2008). The Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 34 establishing that in new buildings and major renovations of buildings the technical, ecological and economic use of highly efficient alternative systems as far as available shall be considered and documented and in particular the decentralized supply of energy coming from renewable sources.
