I p. 3831). Article 1 establishes that the competent authority for the Land of Baden-Württemberg is the Ministry for the Environment. The text – consisting of 12 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: competent authorities for emission protection, establishment and running of facilities requiring permission, establishment and running of facilities not requiring permission, limitation of traffic, monitoring and improvements of quality of ambient air.
