The present Ordinance enters into force on 15 March 2012.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Water Rights Act 1959 (BGBl. No. 215/1959). The purpose of the Ordinance is the enforcement of the National Water Management Plan Ordinance 2009 (BGBl. II No. 103) in Styria. The text consists of 3 articles as follows: General provisions (1); Rehabilitation measures (2); Entry into force (3).
