The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2012.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Law on spatial information of 29 June 2011. Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that the Spatial Information Office is responsible for the enforcement in the Canton Thurgau of the afore-mentioned Law. The text consists of 46 articles divided into 11 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Reference systems and reference frame (II); Spatial data and representation models (III); Availability and archiving (IV); Access to and use of data (V); Data exchange between Canton, municipalities and enterprises (VI); Cadastre of public ownership restrictions (VII); Digital mapping of land (VIII); Financing (IX); Final provisions (X).
