Abstract

An Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry to amend the Planting Material Ordinance (BGBl. II No. 425/1997). In particular the amendments concern, inter alia, article 1 on Accompaning documents; article 12 on Fees; as well as addition of an article 13 relating to some EC directives.
