This Ordinance enters into force on 1 October 2012.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance lays down some amendments and addenda to the Ordinance on registration of varieties of cultivated plants. In particular, the present Ordinance amends requirements for tests of varieties of agricultural crops and vegetables, originally specified in Annex 3 Part A.
