Abstract This Government Ordinance amends 13 points of the Ordinance on protection measures against the introduction of organisms which are harmful to plants or plant products. In particular, the Ordinance amends: Annex 2 Part B specifying plants and plants products which, if attacked by harmful organismsm, are prohibited to be imported, transported and distributed in the protected zones; Annex 3 Part B specifying plants, plant products and other objects which are prohibited to be imported to the protected zones; Annex 4 Part B specifying plants, plant products and other objects which are prohibited to be imported to the protected zones if don’t fulfill requirements specified in this Annex.
