This Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2011.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance lays down some amendments to the Ordinance laying down requirements for water intended for human consumption and quality control of water intended for human consumption. In particular the present Ordinance establishes obligations of natural persons and legal entities and amends water quality paarmeters and their limits: microbiologiocal and biological parameters, inorganic indicators, organic indicators, disinfectants and their by-products, variables that may affect sensory quality of drinking water, substances desirable in drinking water and radioloigical parameters.
