This Ordinance enters into force on 15 May 2012.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance lays down some amendments and addenda to the Ordinance laying down requirements for the marketing of cereal seed. In particular, the present Ordinance amends requirements for recognition of cereal seed to be satisfied by the crop Oryza sativa, originally specified in Annex 1 to the amended Ordinance.
