The Decree enters into force on 15 May 2010.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance, which is composed of three articles and two Annexes, establishes the new limits for recovery of electrowaste and the reuse and recycling of components, materials and substances. These limits are specified in Annex 1 for individual categories of electric equipment.
