II No. 441/2002).In particular, it amends article 9 dealing with exceptions to this Ordinance. In case of foodstuff of animal and vegetable origin from other EU-countries having higher contents of residues of pesticides they may be brought into circulation for a period of maximum 5 years, provided that a report is made to the Ministry of Health, Family and Youth and that they do not harm the health of the consumer.
