Abstract

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Maximum Value Residue Ordinance (BGBl. II No. 441/2002). In particular, it adds a paragraph 4 to article 3 establishing that it is prohibited to import or bring into circulation foodstuffs containing substances as listed in Annex 1 exceeding 0,001 mg/kg. Furthermore, it adds minor amendments to the other articles.
