Abstract

The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Health and Women introduces some amendments to the Maximum Value Residue Ordinance (BGBl. II No. 441/2002). Inter alia, article 5 dealing with the official control of residues is amended, to Annex 1A are added in alphabetical order the substances listed in number 8; to Annex 2 the substance listed in number 12, and finally an Annex 3 concerning sampling of foodstuffs for the detection of harmful substances is added.
