Abstract

This Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Women and Consumer Protection amends the above-mentioned Ordinance (BGBl. No. 747/1995) regulating the maximum contents of residues of pesticides in foodstuffs of animal and vegetable origin. The amendments concern the replacement of article 6 establishing that foodstuffs of vegetable and animal origin not listed in this Ordinance but in the Ordinance No. 747 of 1995 may be marketed until 30 September 1997. The amended Annex 1A on foodstuffs of vegetable origin and the amended Annex 2 concerning foodstuffs of animal origin are enclosed.
