Abstract

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Maximum Mycotoxine Content Ordinance of 2 June 1999 (BGBl. I p. 1248). In particular, article 4 on Sampling and analysing methods is reworded. Annex 2 dealing with Products in general is also amended. Moreover, the Maximum Residue Limits Ordinance in its consolidated version of 21 October 1999 (BGBl. I p. 2082, 2002 I, p. 1004) is amended.
