Abstract The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Feedstuffs Ordinance in its version of 29 August 2016. In particular, the Ordinance adds, inter alia, an article 46a on Unlawfulness of certain infringements of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/786 defining acceptability criteria for detoxification processes applied to products intended for animal feed as provided for in Directive 2002/32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.
