Abstract

The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry introduces some amendments to the above-mentioned Ordinance (BGBl. No. 273/1994). The amendments concern, inter alia, the following articles: to article 7 a number 6 is added whereby to feedstuffs made up of one substance only the label "Not suitable for ruminants" is not to be attached if it is made up of milk or milk products. To article 13 a number 9 is added establishing that to feedstuffs composed of more than one substance the label "Not suitable for ruminants" is not to be attached if it is made up of milk, milk products or gelatine. Furthermore, to Annex 1, a new number is added laying down details of "meat flour". To Annex 5 the numbers 10 and 11 are added. They deal, respectively, with feedstuffs made up of protein and of meat, and bone-flour
