Abstract

The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Health and Women introduces some substantial amendments to the Contaminants Analysis Ordinance (BGBl. II No. 422/2003). Inter alia, article 6 establishing that the official sampling for tin in foodstuffs has to be carried out according to the provisions set out in Annex XII is reworded. Moreover the Annexes I, II, V, VI and VII are amended.
