This Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2010.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance amends four points of the Ordinance on registration of varieties of cultivated plants. In particular, the Ordinance amends the list of types of cultivated plants varieties which are the subject of registration (specified in Annex 1 of the amended Ordinance), part A containing field crops and part B containing vegetables, and the list of types of cultivated plants for varieties of which economic value should be estimated as the condition of registration (Annex 2).
