This Ordinance enters into force on 15 July 2007.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance establishes the new list of vegetables varieties of which are registered, specified originally in Annex 1 Part B of the amended ordinance. This Ordinance amends also Annex 3, specifying requirements for examination of varieties in the part relating to vegetables.
