Entry into force notes
This Ordinance enters into force on 1 September 2008, with the exception of point 16 which comes into force on 1 January 2009.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance establishes the new form of application for authorization to issue plant passports, specifying the new list of plants, plant products or other items intended for protected zones. The Ordinance establishes also the standard list of costs of import of plants, plant products or other items. The costs of checking documents, checking identification and control of sanitary state should be presented to the inspection department.
