This Ordinance enters into force on 30 June 2010.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance amends five points of the Ordinance laying down requirements for the marketing of fodder plant seed. The Ordinance establishes requirements for recognition of fodder plant specified for certified seed, basic seed and commercial seed (Annex 2 of the amended Ordinance), and requirements for sampling fodder plant seed (Annex 3).
