This Ordinance enters into force on 30 June 2010.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance amends six points of the Ordinance establishing requirements for the marketing of seed oil and fiber plants. In particular, the Ordinance establishes requirements for the recognition of seed of oil and fiber plants (originally specified in Annex 1 of the amended Ordinance), requirements for properties, quality and sanitary state of seed of oild and fiber plants (Annex 2), and requirements for sampling seed of oild and fiber plants (Annex 3).
