Abstract

This Order determines the manner for implementation of international standard for reporting on harmful plant organisms no. 17- given in the Annex of this text. This standard prescribes the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the contracting parties, related to the reporting of the occurrence, focus and spread of harmful organisms in areas for which they are competent. Also, this standard provides guidance for reporting the successful eradication of harmful organisms and the establishment of areas free from specific harmful organisms.
