Abstract

The provisions of this Instruction shall be applicable to: (a) the procedure for registering, issuing and recording forms on the applicable legislation; (b) the procedure for confirming pension insurance record realized in the territory of the Republic of Moldova or the receipt/non-receipt of social rights in the state system of social insurance for presentation to a competent authority on the territory of another contracting state, with which was concluded international agreement in the field of social protection; (c) the procedure for the appointment, renewal, revision of pension rights, payment and accounting for the following types of social rights: (1) old age pension; (2) pension for disability; (3) pension in case of loss of breadwinner; (4) pension and disability allowance in case of employment injury or occupational diseases; (5) burial allowance; (6) unemployment benefits; (7) maternity benefits; (8) monthly childcare allowance until the age of 3 years; and (9) benefit for temporary disability. Applications for the issuance of a form on applicable law shall be submitted personally by an employer, self-employed worker or through a legal representative on the basis of a notarized power of attorney, with the provision of the necessary documents to the responsible specialist of the management of the applicable legislation and cooperation. Submittal of applications for the assignment/renewal/revision of social rights for pension insurance record realized on the territory of the Republic of Moldova is carried out according to provisions of international agreements in accordance with national legislation in the field of state social insurance.
