Abstract This Order contains rules relative to the keeping of livestock animals and applies to EU payouts for routine surveillance of avian influenza in 2008 and 2009. Payments are made through the National Poultry Association and cover laboratory in connection with the monitoring of avian influenza testing. For tests taking place in 2008, the fee is DKK 12.41 for each HI test. Calculation is based on number of tests which up to 5 October 2011 were registered in the 2008 database.
