Abstract This Order applies to the safeguarding responsibilities and measures with regard to the supply of natural gas. Energinet.dk is the responsible body monitoring the planning and performance of commercial natural gas supply. Regular reports on these activities shall be submitted by Energinet.dk to the Danish Energy Agency with adherence to EU regulations. The security of gas supply reports shall include a description of supply and demand, the expected future demand and available supplies, envisaged additional capacity being planned or underways, network quality and level of maintenance as well as measures to cover peak demand and to deal with shortfalls of supplies from one or more suppliers.
