Abstract

This Order sets regulations with regard to review and inspection of a variety of cultivated plants which need approval for inclusion in an official listing. The latter includes approved varieties of agricultural plants and vegetable species (blacklist). Commercial entities which will undergo inspection of such seeds, shall pay inspection fees as set out in the Appendices. The Danish AgriFish Agency shall regulate this Order and its administrative implementations.
