Abstract This Order applies to water restricted zone at Sisimiut and aims to reduce risk of contamination of drinking water resources in this area. Method to prevent such risk is to create special protection zones in the water protection area, by regulating activities such as transport, storage and use of fuel. Lakes, streams and the area within a distance of 30 meters from streams and lakes pose special protection zones while transport and storage of fuel shall be limited to CE marked fuel tanks.
