Abstract

This Order establishes ban until December 31, 2024 in the West Bering Sea zone west of 179° 00' E. industrial fishing for Pacific herring with all gear and methods of production (catch), in which, regardless from the percentage of Pacific herring to other species of aquatic biological resources are provided with systematic (obtained during the calendar year as a result of performing in a row of two operations for catching the highest catches of Pacific herring.
