Abstract The Order partly amends Order No. 122, in particular the ceiling for water-related fees. The following income and deductions shall not exceed the maximum amount of a water company's primary revenue in accordance with article 3, section 1: income from cubic meter charges, fixed charges, special contributions meter fees and other charges and fees relating to supplies of services; other revenue price cap year which the company has achieved in connection with or as a result of the company's core activities, including water companies' revenues from municipal road contributions, revenues from the treatment of wastewater, income from meter reading on behalf of other companies, leasing of antenna space on water towers or the like; deduction in respect of any charged supplement derived from the annual one-off adjustment of the difference between its actual income and the income cap in the price ceiling; deductions for any unused portion of cash flow from investing surcharges, connection fees and the sale of fixed assets; deductions for any tariff reductions resulting from the application of an extraordinary efficiency gain.
