Abstract

The costs borne by the Danish Energy Regulatory Agency (DERA) associated with the establishment and operation of an approved private Appeals Board (Appeals Board on Energy) and related to heat supply shall be covered by commercial entities supplying and monitoring energy production and that have a limited capacity of energy production (listed under article 1, parts 1-4).
