Abstract The Order applies to the professional use of plant protection products, including stately, regionally and locally, and to personnel acquiring qualifications in other EU or EEA countries (or in countries with which the EU has concluded an agreement on the provision of regulated professions who intend to establish commercial use of plant protection products in Denmark) in plant protection. Those are exempt from the requirement to obtain certificate by the Danish Environmental Protection Agency.
