This Order enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Order, consisting of 4 articles, establishes first amendments to the exemption for the National fishing vessels from 12 up to 15 metres from the obligation of using satellite system to detect their position, and the transmission through electronic means of fishing activities carried out by the above mentioned fishing vessels. These provisions apply until 31 May 2013 and may be renewed accordingly. This Order implements EU Council Regulation No. 1224/2009 establishing a Community control sys
