This Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2023.
Abstract

The present Order, adopted by the the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, lays down rules on payment for plant health inspection. The Order contains rules regulating the payment for registration of businesses, when required; for breeding and marketing control of plants; for breeding and marketing control of potato seeds; export controls; plant health inspection of seeds; import control; etc.
