Abstract

This Order sets regulations with regard to the reviewing and inspection of a variety of cultivated plants t be approved for inclusion in an official catalog/listing. The latter includes a list of approved varieties of agricultural plants and vegetable species (black list), and shall be subject to a payable inspection charge ss set out in Appendix 1. The Danish AgriFish Agency shall regulate the Order and its administrative implementations.
