Abstract

Methodical instructions contain recommendations for the calculation of damage caused to environment and nature managers as a result of ecological offences, industrial disasters leading to pollution of potable water and mineral groundwater, as well as other categories of groundwater in case that their pollution causes pollution of other environmental components (soil, surface water, marine water, flora and fauna). The Regulation consists of 4 Sections. Section 1 determines the purpose of the document and establishes its sphere of application. Section 2 gives definition of terms and determinations. Section 3 lays down general provisions. Section 4 determines the procedure of the calculation of damage.
