Abstract The purpose of this Order is to compensate for the subsidy for marginal zone areas which are utilized for agriculture and that are eligible to the Single Payment Scheme and land with trees. In order to eligible, the areas must be located within one or more fields where there is an overlap of at least 100 meters between each field and the border zone areas with the same contribution rate. The grant amounts to 1 200 DKK/ha, however 1 600 DKK/ha if the land is not provided with specific support for farming in the year 2012.
