Articles 18-22 shall enter into force on 1 January 2005. Abstract The Order sets rules regarding fishing for crab (Chionoecetes opilio) in Greenland's fishing territory which is permissible only by license issued by the Directorate of Fisheries and Hunting, based on catch quota. Licenses are time-limited. If the fish purchasing capacity is insufficient in relation to the expected quantity of landed crabs, the Directorate may decide to temporarily suspend issuance of commercial license to those not living in an area within the managed fishing area.
