Abstract

The Order sets regulations with regard to the powers conferred to the DMA by the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Building that apply to the safety of offshore installations for exploration, production and transportation of hydrocarbons – which also include tasks related to the management of mobile offshore installation design, strength, flow capacity, layout and equipment.
