Appendix 5 which in this Order becomes Appendix 1 shall apply to applications received by the Environmental Protection Agency after 27 June 2014. Abstract The Order partly amends Order No. 151, in particular the introduction, whereby the Order implements the following articles 4a, 5-7a, 10 (section 4) art. 10a, 20, 22 (sect. 2-4) art. 22a, 22c, 23, 25 (sect. 4) art. 27, 30 (sect. 1) art. 31, 35, 36 (sect. 2) art. 37-38a, 38f (sect. 1) art. 42 (sect. 1-2) art. 42a, 43a, 45-46, 51c, 56, 59 (sect. 4-5) of Act on Chemical Substances and Products No. 878 (LEX-FAOC100396). Also, it ensures that principles of consumer protection are applied in the Also, sale and possession of pest control agents which shall be designed to be applied to recreational areas open to the public such as: grass from public parks and gardens, sports and recreation grounds, amusement parks, campsites, areas around schools, child care centers, health facilities and the like. Renewal of permits for using such pesticides is regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency (art. 17). Commercial plant protection products authorized for non-professional use shall be based solely on active substances of insect soaps or fatty acids, on active substances consisting of sulfur or iron compounds, or pheromones for insect confusion (art. 20).
