Abstract

This Order regulates existing rules on the keeping of raccoon dogs (Nyctereutes procyonoides), preventing new groups and the expansion thereof with the purpose of preventing release in the wild, as no reproduction of existing animals is permitted. Those who are in possession of live raccoon dogs must, by 15 October 2011, notify to the national Nature Agency.
