Abstract This Regulation sets rules on penalty enforcement of genetically modified food and feed, traceability and labeling thereof, in accordance to EU provisions. Unless a higher penalty is prescribed under other legislations, penalties may increase to imprisonment up to 2 years, if the offense is committed with intent or gross negligence.
