Abstract

The President of the State Committee for Environmental Protection decrees to exclude the appellation "provisional" from the title of this Regulation and to exclude the expiration date limited to 1997 - 2000 from the paragraph 2 of point 1. The first deputy chief of the State Committee for Environmental protection is entitled to supervise the application of this Order.
