Entry into force notes
This Order enters into force on 1 July 2008. The minister of Environment establishes date of entry into force for Greenland.
Abstract

This Order enforces ship and aircraft captains, platform facility managers and staff responsible for pipelines to immediately notify or dumping activities which may be dangerous to the marine environment.
