Abstract This Order, adopted by the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Utilities, lays down reporting requirements for license holders, understood as any entity conducting activities under a permit issued pursuant to the Act on Danish subsoil exploitation or a concession or permit granted under Act No. 181 of 9 May 1950 concerning exploration and extraction of natural resources in the Danish subsoil, as specified in Article 40 of the Act on Danish subsoil exploitation. The license holder shall, in accordance with the rules of this Order, submit samples and other information obtained during the conduct of activities covered by the Act on Danish subsoil exploitation. The information shall be submitted to the Danish Energy Agency (Energistyrelsen) and the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland (GEUS).
