Abstract

The purpose of this Order shall be to establish the modalities of examination and testing of ozone-depleting substances and of products that contains them for the issuance of import and export authorizations. Substantiating materials and application submitted to the State Committee on Environmental Protection must be examined within two days of their submission. The Committee may request additional information within 20 days of the date of the application is filed. Information related to substantiating materials shall be inserted in the electronic database after their registration. Import and export authorizations shall be issued within seven days of the date the application is filed and the substantiating materials are examined. Annexes contain application form and the forms of substantiating materials.
