Abstract

The Order partly amends Order No. 9 with regard to the revision clause of subsidy which implements article 46 of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1974/2006 of 15 December 2006 on the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1698/2005 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). Approval for granting subsidies under article 21b, section 1 of the Environment Protection Act shall cease with effect on the beginning of the commitment if the forfeiture is the result of a review clause.
